Twilight are a series of romantic novels- The Plot is a kind of Boy meets Girl scenario, except with the added bonus of the boy not being  a real boy at all but a 104 year old Vampire calling himself Edward Cullen. The story becomes increasingly interesting as a conflict between Edward and his arch-rival Jacob Black [Werewolf..yuck!] arises over said girl [Isabella "Bella" Swan]..I won’t unfold the whole plot as i’m sure most of you already know it, but here are some facts on the book themselves!

The Twilight Series is written by the American author Stephanie Meyer and has gained a ridiculous ammount of popularitity and commercial success across the Globe since the first book’s release in 2005…

Breaking Dawn [The Fourth in the series] won the British Book Award for ‘Children’s Book of the Year’ in 2008 and on top of this the entire Twilight Series won the 2009 Kid’s Choice Award for Favorite Book.

And in November 2009, the book sales reported were over 85 million copies worldwide! They have consecutively set records as the biggest selling novels of 2008 on the USA Today Best-Selling Books list and have spent over 235 weeks on the New York Times Best Seller list for Children’s Series Books…mwahaha onwards and upwards with Vampire World Domination!
